Let's Relax Spa (Siam Square One, 6th Floor)
Let's Relax Spa Siam Square One is the branch of the chain most travellers have already heard of, on the sixth floor of the mall, five minutes from BTS Siam exit 4. Two decades of standardised service, a published baht price list you can check before you arrive, and the longest voucher validity of the six at 180 days. One rule outranks all of that: this branch will not redeem a voucher on the day you buy it — appointments are made by phone at least one day ahead.

Quick answer The 180-day voucher, the published baht menu, and the one-day rule
Let's Relax is the safest-known name among the six Siam Square spas compared here: 4.7 from 530 reviews, more than 8,000 bookings, and two decades of chain consistency behind it. It is also the only one that publishes a full baht price list on its own site, so you can see what you would pay at the door — ฿800 for an hour of foot massage, ฿1,200 for two hours of Thai massage, ฿1,600 for an hour of warm oil, ฿2,950 for the 165-minute Full Spirit package. The voucher lasts 180 days, comfortably the longest here. The rule that catches people is at the other end: it cannot be redeemed on the day of purchase, and the booking is made by phoning the branch a day ahead. For tonight, Lek is the shop to call.
Key takeaways

- Published door rates: foot 60 min ฿800, Thai 120 min ฿1,200
- Mango sticky rice after treatments over ฿850
- Open to 23:00, five minutes from BTS Siam exit 4
What You Get for the Price
The published price list
This is the one shop on the block where you can compare online and door prices line by line, because the branch page publishes its own rates. The listed platform entry is US$22.80, about ฿746, for the 60-minute back and shoulder massage; one reviewer who booked the 120-minute Thai massage with hot herbal compress states plainly that the platform price beat both the walk-in rate and the official website.
| Treatment | Length | Branch rate | Note |
|---|---|---|---|
| Foot massage | 45 minutes | ฿600 | The cheapest thing on the card |
| Foot massage | 60 minutes | ฿800 | Compare with street shops at ฿450–650 |
| Thai massage | 120 minutes | ฿1,200 | The chain's signature booking |
| Warm oil massage | 60 minutes | ฿1,600 | Oil treatments cost the most per hour |
| Four-hands Thai massage | 60 minutes | ฿1,400 | Two therapists, one guest |
| Body scrub | 60 minutes | ฿1,300 | Sold as a 90-minute pairing too |
| Dream Package | 90 minutes | ฿1,100 | Combination package |
| Full Spirit Package | 165 minutes | ฿2,950 | The long one |
What the chain standard actually means
Consistency, mostly. The therapists follow a house sequence, the rooms are laid out with twin beds so two people book together without negotiating, and reception speaks enough English that a phone booking works. The spa has been named Thailand's Most Popular Day Spa and appears in Lonely Planet guides, which is the sort of credential that means little about any single hour but a lot about the odds.
What it does not buy is the private-suite privacy of Treasure on the same floor, or the ฿450-a-treatment entry point of the Soi 6 shops downstairs.
After the treatment
Every booking includes a drink and a snack. Spend ฿850 or more and that becomes a plate of mango sticky rice, which several reviewers mention by name. Tips are not included and are given in cash.
The Booking Rule That Decides Everything
One day ahead, by phone
The listing is explicit: because of demand the branch asks you to book directly at least one day in advance, and the voucher cannot be used on the same day it is purchased. Reservations go to +66 2 252 2228 or +66 95 364 8275, or by email — though one reviewer notes the phone during opening hours is far faster than waiting on a reply. If your plan is a treatment in the next few hours, look at Lek, which takes same-day bookings, or the app-booked shops on Soi 6 that need only an hour.
180 days, one branch
The voucher runs 180 days from confirmation — the longest of the six — which makes it the sensible one to buy in a sale months before a trip. It is locked to the branch printed on it, so a Siam Square One voucher will not be honoured at Sukhumvit or Thonglor.
Finding the door
It is on the sixth floor, and more than one reviewer has walked past it: the entrance sits directly in front of the lift, which is exactly where people do not look. Room SS6032.
Questions About Let's Relax Spa Siam Square One
Can I use a Let's Relax voucher on the day I buy it?
No. This branch states the voucher cannot be used on the same day as the booking date, and asks for at least one day's notice by phone. It is the strictest booking rule among the six shops compared here — for a same-day treatment, Lek is the one that takes them.
What does it cost at the door?
The branch publishes its own list: ฿600 for a 45-minute foot massage, ฿800 for an hour, ฿1,200 for a 120-minute Thai massage, ฿1,600 for an hour of warm oil, ฿1,400 for four-hands Thai, ฿1,300 for a body scrub and ฿2,950 for the 165-minute Full Spirit package. The platform entry rate is US$22.80, about ฿746, for the 60-minute back and shoulder massage. How the six compare on price puts that in context.
How long is the voucher valid?
180 days from confirmation, redeemable only at the branch printed on it — the longest validity of the six.
Do you really get mango sticky rice?
On a minimum spend of ฿850, yes; below that it is a drink and a snack. Reviewers mention the dessert often enough that it is clearly served rather than advertised.
Is there an age limit?
Guests must be 7 or over and under 81. The spa also does not accept guests with rashes or skin conditions, or pregnant guests, and states that a booking made anyway is forfeited.
What Guests Say
Thai Massage with Hot Herbal Compress was booked — the price on the platform is better than the walk-in price and booking via the official website. A small plate of mango sticky rice was served after the massage.
Definitely will come again. Fast reply on email to make the booking, easy to redeem — it is just hard to locate the shop, it is right in front of the lift but we walked around the corner. The therapist's skill was very good and soft, easy to fall asleep, and you can choose the massage oil you like.
When I got there they were very welcoming and attended to me as soon as they could. It was nice to have a shower to myself without needing to step out of the massage area.
