Lek Massage & Spa (Siam Square Soi 6)
Lek Massage Siam Square is the most-booked and most-reviewed name on the block — around 1,800 reviews and 20,000-plus bookings — and the only one of the six that will take a same-day appointment. Lek has been in Siam Square since 1997, runs roughly twenty branches across Bangkok with its own therapist academy, and keeps this branch open until 23:30. The catch is procedural: you book it by phoning the branch hotline printed on the voucher, not through an app.

Quick answer The same-day option, and why you have to phone rather than tap
Of the six Siam Square spas compared here, Lek is the one that solves a same-day problem: it accepts appointments for today, and the branch runs to 23:30. It is also the most tested — around 1,800 reviews and over 20,000 bookings, against 188 at Nature — and the longest-established, on this block since 1997 with its own therapist academy behind roughly twenty Bangkok branches. Entry price is US$16.75, about ฿548, for a 60-minute head and shoulder massage. The friction is the booking method: no app reservation, you call the branch hotline printed on the voucher, and reviewers say the reception answers and books readily, sometimes two hours out.

What You Get for the Price
The menu, and where the value sits
The listed entry is a 60-minute head and shoulder massage at US$16.75. Above that the branch sells Thai massage in 60, 90 and 120-minute versions, a 90-minute body scrub with aroma oil, a 150-minute Royal Treatment package, and several 120-minute combinations — Thai plus foot, foot plus aroma oil, Thai plus aroma oil. Two Heavenly Relax packages of 120 minutes are built for couples.
Lek's own website publishes its menu only as images, so the baht figures on this page come from the platform rather than the door.
What twenty branches and an academy buy you
Lek is a chain, and on this lane that is the point rather than a criticism: it runs an academy so therapists arrive with the same training, and the consistency shows in the rating — 4.5 across 1,800 reviews is a harder number to hold than 4.7 across 188. Reviewers who use several branches describe the Siam Square Soi 6 site as the clean, newly fitted one. The trade-off is atmosphere: the shared foot-massage lounge is a lounge, and one reviewer specifically advises paying for a private room if you want a facial without the smell of oil from the chairs nearby.
Pressure, and saying so
The most repeated practical note in this listing's reviews is about force. Thai massage here is firm; one guest's advice after a session was simply to communicate if you need less pressure, and another describes the therapist adjusting immediately when asked. Say bao bao for lighter.
Tea is included at the end; tipping is customary in cash, typically ฿40 to ฿100.
Booking It Without Getting Caught Out
You have to phone
This is the one listing of the six with no in-app reservation. Once the voucher is confirmed you call the branch hotline printed on it and schedule directly — which is why it can take a same-day slot when Let's Relax cannot take one at all and Treasure wants four hours' notice. Reviewers describe reception as welcoming on the phone and able to fit a booking made two hours ahead.
One branch, one voucher
The voucher is valid 60 days and is redeemed at the branch stated on it. With about twenty Lek branches in Bangkok — Thonglor, Phrom Phong, Asoke, Nana, National Stadium, Sala Daeng, Chong Nonsi, Hua Lamphong and more — it is worth checking that the one on your voucher is the Siam Square Soi 6 site before you travel across town.
Cancelling
Unredeemed vouchers refund in full; no-shows do not. Arriving more than fifteen minutes late cancels the appointment, and arriving late without warning shortens it.
Finding It on Soi 6
From BTS Siam
Exit 6 puts you in Siam Square; Soi 6 is the second lane, and Lek sits at 412/8-9 beside the Novotel, about two minutes on foot. Pela and ThaiThai are on the same lane within a few doors, and Nature is one lane back on Soi 5 — reviewers regularly mention that the whole cluster is walkable in under five minutes, which makes comparing doors on a busy evening realistic.
Questions About Lek Massage Siam Square
Can I book Lek Massage for the same day?

How much does it cost?
Listed from US$16.75, about ฿548, for a 60-minute head and shoulder massage; longer treatments and the 120-minute combinations cost more. See how that sits against the other five.
How late is it open?
Do they have couple rooms?
Yes, two 120-minute Heavenly Relax packages are sold for couples, and other combinations can be taken in one room. Say there are two of you when you phone rather than at the door.

What Guests Say
Always choose Lek massage at Siam soi 6 — good location near BTS Siam station. The place was clean and new, the therapist was nice and polite. Call for a slot available on the day and book through Klook.
Staff were very nice. We didn't reserve by call and went directly to make the booking two hours in advance — very accommodating. They hit the sore spots on my shoulders. One thing to note is that Thai massage is very hard, so communicate if you need less pressure.
The location is great as it is near Siam Paragon mall. I took 90 minutes and the therapist did 15 minutes extra. The place was clean and tidy and after the massage they gave me a tea which was also good.
It was my go-to place every time I was in Bangkok. My therapist was always good — relaxing ambiance, clean and new facilities, gentle and professional.
