This site is free to read because of affiliate commissions. Here is how that works, what it costs you, and what it does not change about what you read. The shops themselves are compared on the Siam Square spa comparison.

The short version

We may earn a commission if you book through one of our links, at no extra cost to you. You pay the same price you would pay by going to the booking platform directly.

We are not a spa, a salon or a booking agent. We do not sell treatments, take payments or act for any spa or platform.

Who does what

Every shop listed here is an independent business. Nature Thai Massage, Lek Massage & Spa, Treasure Spa, Let's Relax Spa, Pela Thai Massage and ThaiThai Massage each run their own premises, employ their own therapists and set their own menus. The bookings compared on this site are sold through Klook, which takes your payment and holds the voucher.

The spa runs the treatment, the platform holds the booking, and between them they set the price, the inclusions, the reservation notice and the cancellation terms. We have no authority to make commitments on their behalf and cannot change, refund or reschedule anything. The operator name, platform and product ID appear on every listing on this site so you can check it yourself.

What the commission does not buy

Placement, ratings and wording are not for sale, and no spa has paid to appear here or to be described in a particular way.

The test is visible on the page. The shop we name as the cheapest is the cheapest, which also means it earns us the least; the most expensive listing on the site is recommended for one specific reason — private suites — and not to anyone who simply wants an hour of Thai massage. We also state plainly that this page compares six shops in one block, not every spa in Siam, which is not a flattering thing for a comparison to admit.

Ratings and reviews

Ratings and review counts are the platform's own, read in August 2026: between 4.5 and 4.7 out of 5, across review counts from 188 to roughly 1,800. We do not calculate a rating of our own, and this site carries no aggregate rating in its markup, because the site itself has no reviews.

Quoted reviews keep the reviewer's name as published, the shop they refer to, and the month they were written. We do not write testimonials, and we quote only reviews rated four stars or higher.

Prices

Prices shown are the starting per-person rates each spa lists on the platform, in US dollars, read in August 2026, with baht equivalents calculated at 32.74 baht to the dollar. Baht figures attributed to a spa's own price list are quoted from that operator's website or published menu on the same date.

Rates move with promotions, treatment length and the exchange rate, and a starting price is the cheapest package, not the treatment most people book. The price that counts is the one on the checkout page before you pay.
